Don’t Take Just our Word For it

The sessions with Amanda shone a bright light upon behaviours and thoughts that were arising from my old limiting belief.  I had been running around trying to please, desperately seeking validation, love and attention outside of me because of this belief.

The process itself was incredibly powerful yet Amanda kept it light-hearted, playful and relaxed. I felt deeply fully supported and encouraged throughout.

It created a shift in my unconcious that has allowed me to adopt a new no fucks given approach to life because I love and accept myself and know deep in my cells and soul that I am enough exactly as I am.

Neural Coding Experience.

I recently asked Amanda to do a mindset & goal setting seminar for my wellness transformation clients, they are completing a 12 week life transformation course including things like creating new habits, eating nutritionally valued food and exercise.

Amanda's session was a game changer for so many clients, they really started to understand how important their attitude towards what they were doing was and how to interrupt any distracting or unproductive thoughts were. It went so well I would love to have this as a permanent part of the wellness challenge moving forward.

Keynote Session - Get Your Head In Gear.

I am not second guessing myself as much and procrastinating with my work. I am confident in organising things and creating content. I even downloaded a new app & sometimes I would stall thinking "oh god I won't be able to learn how to use this." 

Although I did it and it was huge success with my team. So really pleased.
